Handling of personal information

1 : About purpose of using personal information

Craft Co.Ltd (“We”) will use personal information for the following purposes.

  1. We will use contact information such as address, telephone number, E-mail address, etc. for sending information materials to customers, answering inquiries etc.
  2. We will use the contact information such as usage history, customer’s name, address, e-mail address, etc. to guide customers about the campaigns and products and services we do.
  3. We will use the opinions received from customers, the results of questionnaires, usage history, inquiry history, etc. to improve our service.

2 : About management of personal information

We manage personal information with the following structure.

  1. We will prepare the required internal structure in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and guidelines and obtain a pledge to the effect that employees will properly handle personal information.
  2. We will limit the use of personal information to only staff who are necessary for business, make rules concerning storage and management of media containing personal information, and take precautionary measures to protect personal information.
  3. For personal information stored in the system, we will prepare accounts and passwords so that only staff members who are required for business can use it and implement access authority management. We will strictly manage accounts and passwords so that they will not be leaked or lost.
  4. On the premise that there will be no hindrance to the service, we will delete personal information from time to time after a certain period of time from receipt of personal information.

3 : About disclosure of personal information

  1. We will not disclose personal information to third parties unless you consent.
  2. We will disclose it only when we are able to confirm that you are the principal when there is a request for disclosure of personal information from the customer.

Note : About the method of identity verification
Please send a copy of what you can prove yourself (driver’s license, insurance card etc) to us. We will review the content and will disclose as soon as it becomes clear that you are the principal.

4 : About inquiries and complaints of personal information

Regarding the customer’s personal information we possess, if we receive a request for disclosure, other corrections, suspension of use, etc, we will refer to laws and regulations and respond to this in a reasonable extent.

In addition, before we respond to your request, we may check your contact information and other details in order to confirm whether you are the customer yourself, and it may be necessary to submit written application form (including electronic method) and identity confirmation materials.

We may ask customers to submit matters sufficient to identify personal information subject to these claims.
